Very interesting article. It sounds like BP might be in the position of trying to find the "least bad"
option on the fly . . . never an exact science. It's amazing that the thing is still leaking. I would have
thought that at some point the pressure would equalize, and/or water would start to enter the
chamber. It's at the bottom of the gulf, after all.
