Remember, Ed, it isn't their job to act in your interest. It's their job to decide on matters of Constitutionality. I don't think their mission creep toward bending the Constitution to help realize what most see as the intent of the Constitution has been necessarily bad. But even though I voted for Gore, I think the Bush v. Gore decision was according to the law. Unfortunate, that was.
