I worry about any legislation that requires a SuperMajority to pass. How good can it really be (and how long will it last after that majority is gone) if it requires completely bypassing any opposing viewpoints?

I'm all for healthcare reform, but ramming this thing through with a SuperMajority is going to create even more resentment and division in this already torn-asunder country.

Me, personally? I'm going to do my damnedest not to vote for any incumbent in anything for about 10 years. This system is so far broken that one party opposes the others ideas without even listening first. Ending the influence of lobby money is the next step.
