Sipping my second of likely a few more Smiddick’s (having learned to dig the taste last year…but it’s difficult to find ‘round here. …Wondering if the Kilkenny ale that Big@l has hyped herein tastes something like this …but with nitrogenation (like Guinness)? Think I saw Kilkenny cream ale in a can ONCE but didn’t try it…’cause I uh don’t like the taste of can. Bottled by Guinness, Smithwick’s has the Kilkenny crest on the bottle. ..Did the Kilkenny brewery fall prey to the high operational taxes of Ireland …or what? ..I have a rare buzz (mom-in-law here for her last day before flying back to the left coast…so I’m hoping a little semi-careless irresponsibility is doable…hoping, hoping…not too, though, as I still have to push a needle into one of the two arms I adore most tonight) so…forgive any syntax errors. Just beer though, NOT the Johnny Walker Black mom-in-law wanted.
