"The Bends" CD. Amazing rock-out! album. Yes, critics have praised this band left and right and I have to admit that I no longer own any of their CD's after "The Bends". "OK Computer" was interesting, but the later two were just a wee bit boring to me ears! Have yet to hear much off the latest. I will say that I respect this band a great deal and in defense of the constant praise of the band, they deserve it more than any other act in the world today. They are constantly challenging themselves and their fans, a rare thing in today's popular music! Plus they have praised lesser known acts, had a few of them open up for them on the road, etc. etc. and they have never trashed bands that have been influenced by their music(Coldplay &Travis among many) to the press. True artists and gentlemen, another rare quality in today's music scene!
