In my opinion people are immune to quality art, film, music, et cetera because it takes too much effort. The American people especially seem to be prone to this. We want to be told what is good, permissible and okay to watch, listen and hear. Look at how often musical lyrics, the meaning of good film and so on are mistaken or misinterpreted or even completely ignored. Sometimes I wonder if the meaning and spirit of things like our US Constitution and Declaration of Indpendence have been lost to us. But all is not lost, as I've said before, from the activity on this board there is hope for the continued acceptance of good taste out there. Everyone have a safe holiday....
