I dig Mexican food. Not the cheesy cracker-ized nonsense…but the simple fare. The sort that you can find prepared from the smallest family owned roach coaches all up and down the left coast to the slightly more complex but not vexed-with-cliché served indoors with Banda el Recodo sounds and cold Modelo. & in all places I’ve enjoyed the most excellent Mexican food..it’s been an all Spanish speaking staff of Mexican (or the like) employees. &… in all these years (and even now, today) I have NEVER had a waiter (server) that was not diligent, consistent, laboring in complete peace with the moment…and, even, … perfectly jovial. If you are in a bad mood in a Mexican restaurant please leave and go to a TGIFridays or Applebee’s or Au Bon Pain, …you’ll be in more alike company. Point? There are legal citizens I far more rather see leave this country and its emergency rooms…than illegals from south of the border. That’s not to say there aren’t shithead elements movin’ into hoods and wreaking hooligan havoc, but that’s a dire component found in all oppressed/repressed/compressed peoples. …No?
