A letter to he NY TImes quoted a journal that he kept of these procedures that were apparently admitted as evidence in one of his many courtroom appearances. I haven't seen them but but they document some pretty horrific birth defects in the fetus and medical danger to the mother.

What he did was legal, and unless you're a religious zealot, none of your business. Patient/ provider relationships are confidential under Federal law.
