The "Shovel Ready" Term is a misnomer on it's face - most civil projects take a couple years to design and the budget for construction is assumed when they are initiated.
Being that the stimulus package was advertised as short & long term, I'm (and my employer) not happy to see the long term projects cut.
And as far as his appointments go, did ayone else notice that all his economic appointments are Freidmanites?
