Yes--really, sadly. Another odd part of it was that one of his kids told the story as if it were funny-- describing how the understandably distraught pooch defecated and how it ran down the car windows. Mind bogglingly stupid work by the Mittster. I can't even get my mind around how you even start to think that doing that was a good idea.
