I would add, before Roe vs Wade, many states allowed for abortion, it wasn't a politicized topic with people protesting outside clinics and doctors offices(which is politics too), at which point the issue is back where it belongs, between the conscience of the Doctor and the others involved(meaning a private decision).

I still view it as murder and a crime against humanity, as life certainly begins at conception but it shouldn't be Federal law one way or the other. It's a local jurisdiction matter, at best.

And come on Ed, you're a single issue voter. I thought you had more nuance.
