Anybody watching what's going on with this cat's campaign? I have to admit, I'm interested.

I would like to see him in a debate with the so-called "top tier" candidates of his party. But I'd most like to see him in a debate against Mrs. Clinton or Obama.

Will he win the election? Who cares. At least someone with some apparant integrity and intelligence is giving it a credible shot.

Of course, now that his campaign has raised a record amount of money and gained the momentary (if grudging) attention of the media, I'll expect to see all kinds of bought-and-paid-for slanderous attacks on the guy, first by the Republican party hacks and then, if he continues doing well, by the others.

All I need now is for someone to tell me if Ron Paul's bloodline goes back to the shape-shifting lizard royalty, and then I'll know if he has a chance.
