Agree, Peter.  The "writer" (just a glance at some of his other diatribes, makes me conclude he falls into the ASS category), did take a fairly crass view of things.  But your point is well taken.  By looking at the racial stats simply at face value, the larger, and probably more contributive factors to violent crime get overlooked. The real question should be: what factors contribute to the development of sociopathy, and in certain racial/ethnic groups are there more developmental or environmental predispositions to sociopathy?
