Your points are well taken EEE.To your first point, I'd like to see more of that contact daily, walking the block. To my mind that is
community policing, not sequestered in a squad car.And I'm so pleased you offered your closing perspective. I remember it well, and it is heartbreaking
all around. That must be a near spirit killer(with the repetitions) for the caring cops.peaceably, and ever safe home sir!
