I'm suprised you guys didn't catch that - it was all over the left blogs during the debate. Anyway, 5 seconds after Bush signs it there will be a dozen challenges to it's legality - a restraining order will be isssued and it goes through the courts.
What really pissses me off about this is the democrats that voted for it, especially Sherrod Brown.
