If you have never known anyone who has had to sit through any cancer on any level, it's an ugly world, so unfun, so hard, even in the best of doctors' hopes and dreams for your outcome. Good luck to her. Our differences are fuzzy at best. To wish that the people you love are never afflicted, to say that an excellent prognosis is the PR call to make, to hear that word float in the air towards you and stick to you--kindness--sympathy--empathy-- is in order.I hope she is fine and has to suffer little pain.
