Looks like the factory is in Adelaide (South Australia) - about halfway between me and Al, but a seriously large distance from either of us.
I saw the New Inventors programme about the Sunball. It certainly sounded good in theory. We've found that in our area solar energy generation is not very successful. We bought a solar pump to transfer water from the river into our dams, but it didn't generate enough energy to shift the amounts we needed. Similarly, solar hot water units need electricity boosters to make the water warm enough. We live on the "rainbow coast" which is a pretty way of saying it rains quite a bit and is usually overcast. Wind generation is a better option here.
