Hey Mick,Master Tolle, Yes!
It's been quite a journey
I recommend his books
and teachings whole heartedly.
My guess is you probably practice a lot of it
already.
Tolle makes sense, there's nothing to achieve
to be able to begin and use it immediately.
Any incessant thinkers out there?
