I beg to differ only slightly Pat in that 3 of 5 were appointed by republicans. Not that it is suppose to matter but NTL it seems odd.

Other than that, I agree completely, Americans lost an essential individual protection. Presumably there is no appeal unless Congress were to intervene?

Pat, what have you heard down there about Chinese troops in Mexico and Panama?
