If you think this one through it is probably the most dangerous legislation that has passed in the last 20 years. A city any city can decide if a company comes to them and has an idea for tax revenue to declare immenent domain on your property. I'm really having a problem with the logic behind the liberal decision. These courts are out of fucking control and this decision is the straw that broke America's back. If you follow this further think of foreign companies coming in with proposals for god knows what for money for a city. America for sale, here goes are real estate
