What a great name for a band--Half Cousin. October has been a major drain on the checking account and there are few signs of it letting up. The new Tom Waits (Real Gone) is great fun. Our friend's Around the Bend is very nice indeed. Coming this month is the Zevon tribute cd (with Bruce, Dylan, Pixies, et al), the new Leonard Cohen. If this keeps up, I may have to get a second job.
