For one Kerry was not the President. Many of us took some time to get our head around what was happening that day. But its not really a trait I look for in a leader.
And by the way is he a Peace President or a War President this week.
To me, Bush did exactly what I would expect him to do. Sit there until his puppet strings were pulled by his puppeteers. Are we really expecting and hoping that the one man think tank George W would stand up calmly, tell the kids he had something important that needed to be addressed right away and excuse himself.
That's crazy talk. Besides he wanted to know how the book ended.
