I personally can't say that I have ever met or talked to anyone who had that particular insight into the events "bigger meaning". I have only recently heard that angle to the story. I guess I can see it, but I don't believe that that was the rational or motive behind this event. It may have had large elements of the angry white male I'll grant you that, but to infer that the stunt was motivated by those things I think is unfair. Maybe thats the deeper significance it took on in hindsight. But its still just a stupid radio stunt.

I was hoping to highlight some folly rather than glorify another scene in the angry  white mans decline. No one was hurt and a baseball game was forfeited. I can understand reluctance to revisit, let alone celebrate the moment.
