Thanks for pointing this out --- this type of stuff is why I left organized religion in the dust many years ago.

But for the record --- I think that saying that GOD hates gay people is the pussy way out --- why don't they just get it over with and say I HATE FAGS, instead of pushing it off on some mythological deity?

Besides, I always thought that if GOD truly did hate gay people, then why did SHE make them in the first place?

This is a human rights issue plain and simple.

My life was saved by a gay man, whom I have thanked and paid tribute by volunteering as a medical rights activist for fifteen years.

Just in my own life, I have witnessed gay people to be more committed to human rights issues than any other generalized group. For them to desire plain old human rights is fair and just.

These hateful and spiteful religious kooks are frightening, quite frankly.

Those babies cannot bring themselves around to say that I HATE FAGS, so they push it off on their GOD instead.

Sad . . . very, very sad . . .
