I just got off the phone with APPLE corporate headquarters concerning how to get more of David's music on the iTunes music store. Currently, the only album of his that is available on iTunes is the HCTNFU album of 2002, from Lost Highway.

I was told by the representative something that I had stated here recently, which turned out to be correct --- iTunes does not accept any submissions unless they are somehow associated with some kind of record label.

So, this is what I was told:

The one place that can be used as a conduit to get David's music onto iTunes is a website called CDBABY.COM. This website, I was told, will absolutely assist in getting some of David's music onto iTunes --- such as the FINE MESS recordings that did not make it onto the HCTNU album.

The also charge reasonable rates, and if David has some time to check it out, this appears to be the only current solution, given the fact that DB is currently unsigned to any label.

Not even BOOMTOWN can be found on iTunes --- which in and of itself --- is a faux pas of major proportions!!
