Hi everybody...I'm new here. My name is Thomas Emanual Victor Jones, but you can call me tevj or tom. I found this board seeking the answer to a non-existant David & David album. Finding this message board, I quickly got my answer (thanks Reg).
There also seems to be some very heated people here too. In my opinion, people need to calm themselves down around here. Everybody has opinions and like it or not, everyone will never fully agree with your set of them. Never ever. If it seems as though someone is taking shots at you personally for yours, realize that it's not really a shot at you, but your opinion on a particular issue.
I have much experience with this type of stuff with my position on drugs. It's my belief that people should be able to use drugs if they want to AS LONG AS THEY DON'T ABUSE THEM. But lots of people do not agree with me on this. They believe it's up to them to say what I should or should not be able to do. Or because they don't like them or have had bad experiences with them, they think that everyone should just be cut off. I say "LIVE AND LET LIVE!"
I think we need at least one state in our union that will allow gays to be married. Another that will allow responsible drug use. We already have one that allows gambling and prostitution, so we're good on that one. And if things don't work out then repeal the law! I say, let's try to make everybody happy. And if you don't like the rules that your current state supports, them move your ass to one that does! That's all I have to say for now... -tevj
