Well then, maybe we could annex Jamaica as our 51st - State of Confusion. We'd probably have a pretty good head start there too.
   Hawaii might also be a good place for starters...and we wouldn't have to go thru the hastle of trying to add a state or change the flag. It just might also be isolated enough to actually convince people to let us give it a try!
