I may be all wrong about George, anything is possible.
From my perspective, the WMD was always a shiny distraction. Had G.W said about Saddam - he's nut's, he's killing his own people and he's in control of a ton of oil, I might be able to get behind that kind of honesty. What seems obviously wrong to me, is seen in a completely contrary view by someone who has different ideas and was raised with different values than I, and I need to remember that. I welcome all the debate, but to dismiss a point of view without debate is plain ignorant.
