Decisions are made everyday. I make decisions based on the information I'm provided, the advice I ask from others and from my personal experiences. If I make a wrong decision I learn from it. I would never be fired for making a wrong decision. If anyone had that type of threat hanging over their head they may not be able to even make a decision. Let's take this a step further; should everyone who makes an incorrect decision be fired?
Bush's biggest mistake here is he hasn't fired Tenet. Tenet is the man responsible for the organization which supplied the information. HE is the one who should be fired.
Be patient Kevin. You'll get your opportunity to "fire" Bush in nine months.
