Maybe this has already been flogged to death here but has anybody seen Mystic River? I just got back from seeing it and I'm still taking it all in.

Clint Eastwood has made a fine, fine film. Watching it, it reminded me of that great gritty 1970's era of Scorsese, Jack Nicholson, Al Pacino, etc; The cast was amazing all around and watching Sean Penn was like seeing early Brando again.

I'll be thinking about this one for days; guess I liked it.
