Very interesting stuff Gene.. My dad served in 'Nam, at Cantho, and has diabetes. Hmmmm.. the VA has been jacking him around on his retirement stuff - he's got some disability due to shoulder injuries etc.

I'll bring this up with him and see if he's heard of this angle.
