I've tried to replicate your problem with an old Mac using Mac OS 8.6, Netscape 4.73 and AppleWorks. All my links, cut-and-pasted from the CBS site, worked fine. Your problem is again a space inserted in the address but this time after a numeral not a period, which blows my word-processor-inserting-a-space-after-a-period theory all to hell.I can try all this again using my other Mac with OS 10.2 but don't think that will make much difference. I need to know how you compose your posts so I can replicate the problem. Do you compose directly into the board window or do you cut and paste from a word processor? If you use a word processor, which one is it and what font and font size do you use? Which Mac OS do you use and which browser? Do you use Cmd-C and Cmd-V to cut and paste? In the meantime, look at any html links you provide and check for spaces. There shouldn't be any, so delete any you see on the board window. Don't worry about line breaks and don't try to correct them: they seem to have no effect.
