Greetings:

Recently, I informed everyone here that as of October 3, 2003, Hillary Clinton was registered with the FEDERAL ELECTION COMMISSION as a Presidential candidate for 2004. I also made the prediction last summer that she was going to be the keynote speaker at the Democratic National Convention. This is now guaranteed to happen.

The following appeared in the Sunday November 23, 2003 issue of the BUFFALO NEWS on page B-1, which is the front page of the CITY & REGION section.

By the way, fans who are keeping score for the Illuminati might be interested in knowing that WARREN BUFFETT owns the BUFFALO NEWS. Those of you who don't know who WARREN BUFFETT is --- run his name through GOOGLE. (Hint: His nephew is very famous and is associated with the state of Florida).

HILLARY IN '04?

Will she run or will she stay?

With the presidential primaries just around the corner, New Yorkers are wondering whether Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton will toss her well-connected into the ring.

It could happen, says Howard Fineman, Newsweek's chief political correspondent. Fineman, after speaking to Clinton's "closest friends and advisers" outlined a scenario that would allow the former first lady to enter the race in May or June before the Democratic National Convention.

The scenario, the adviser told Fineman, could unfold if none of the existing candidates wins a majority of the convention delegates, allowing Clinton to offer herself as the great party "healer and unifier."

"Under party rules, delegates are bound to vote at the convention for the candidate under whose banner they were elected in the primaries --- but only in the first ballot," Fineman said. Clinton also could benefit from rules that allow elected and party officials and other super-delegates to switch allegiances, giving her an opportunity to form an overnight core of supporters.

Stay tuned.
