Icon Scratching My Head!

I watched this, Dan, really scrutinizing the words and images. I honestly did, and I'm thoroughly unsure of what you think that I should see here. As to your doppelgänger reference, I'm lost.  I don't recall you resembling Casey, the eagle-eyed home inspector who stars in this video. Then again, it's been more than a decade since we toured Fenway Park and dined with you and Reg. Our fastidious narrator kind of resembles Cillian Murphy, without the accent and charisma. So, is there something else that should catch my eye? I must first confess that I am the last guy you'd find swinging a hammer, installing, er, anything, or waxing poetic about ratchet sets, measuring tape, or screws and nails. I am completely out of my element when it comes to home repairs! Still, I do have a few questions and comments related to the video. First of all, what is Casey's role here? He certainly has an eye for the multitude of carpentry, roofing, and plumbing errors, oversights, and just plain shoddy work. Was he hired by the buyer with the intention that he was going to monitor construction as it proceeded? If so, boy, he screwed up! Where was he? Or was he hired recently and is just offering some sort of mega, mega punch list (impressed that I have heard of it) of work that must be repaired before the property can be occupied by people who care about their wellbeing? And doesn't the town building inspector have a role in this? Perhaps Mick, Bentlind and Andi are more astute observers than me. Someone is going to have to explain this bewildering, time-wasting michigas, Dan, because it has kept me from watching reruns of This Old House!
