About 25 years ago, someone challenged Bob Hillman to write a love song that compares an old flame with Greenland. He quickly consulted the requisite guide book and offered up an ode full of facts that even DSlacker didn't know: an icecap that's seven kilometers thick, a reference to Home Rule Government,  an appreciation of Disko Bay which is known for its icebergs, and yes, acknowledgement they have autonomy from Denmark and 98% literacy!

Finally, on-line I found a reference to "Peter Case's First Flight Songwriter's Showcase", on a Tuesday, on June 24th, the year is unstated, with David Baerwald, Mike Martt, and yes, Bob Hillman...all for just $6!
