The question we face is how do we repair the damage? How do we try to slow the bleeding as much as we can until we can start the surgery to save the patient? Can we save the patient?.
It's a great question Reg. And coming from a nearly 10 year old thread - it seems almost comical what we deemed as poor form from our public officials. As Kevin Gilbert wrote
