Oh Reg. you're opening up a can o worms there. I was 12. Had a Sound Design boombox with fresh batteries and enjoyed the show with my friends. We had a brother neighborhood as well. I made 2 tapes on that day and turned them into my first bootleg. Just dug them out - I was an organizer of data even back then!

I did go to Live 8 in Philly - but it just wasn't the same. Not even close. A great time to be into music. Having a fantastic summer day with friends. And making musical memories that we can talk about 40 years later.
Maybe I should dig into my tapes. haven't listened to them in years.
