Yep, at the freaking bingo hall. The venue has excellent acoustics and sight lines, and the best indoor backdrop I've ever seen. I am not usually one to sit at a show, so that took some getting used to. That was my fourth time to see her, and every time it's been in a different place - which parallels her musical direction, always going in a different direction.

The crowd loved the show, and rightly so. What a great performer, and her band is really really tight. It's rare to see someone just totally enjoy the hell out of what they are doing, but she sure does. About the only disappointment in the whole night was that they didn't play Hold Me Back.
