Now then, I actually see the validity in the last half of the article. America has and continues to be incredibly duplicitous on terror. Why haven't they detained everyone at all connected with the US Army's anthrax production? Someone there knows what happened with the batch that got away - more surely than the percentages that are being played in the wholesale arrest of any group of people.  

There are plenty of other twists in justice and abuse of power throughout the government. The latest is the continued unveiling of FBI bumbling through the ages. Now not only did they fail to identify and act on the most serious crime syndicates when King (Queen?) Hoover was on the throne, but now the news that they've been letting their paid snitches put innocent people in jail for decades. Better yet, the some of those prized informants actually committed additional capital crimes, even murder.
