: So why does a great song like "Little Fat Cowboy" not get it's own track listing?

I agree with you on this issue, the hidden track concept has run it's course.

Some labels are trying other approaches like adding a bonus disc to the package. I like this idea better.

I really hope that Lost Highway has more singles planned to throw at Radio.
It would also be nice if those were released with some exclusive material that is not on the standard release. ( Like Silver or Lead live )
