: As far as getting an original copy of AFM; good luck. You may want to keep an eye on ebay as copies have turned up in the past. But expect to pay A LOT for it.
Better yet, Have someone burn it for you instead of someone making a profit off of a gift they got from David, Jeff Wells and others who helped put the project together.
