I've got some comments on what you just posted but right now I wanted to bring something else up. Our government has sent out a mass mailing hawking flood insurance to all citizens of the U.S. regardless of whether they live in a flood zone or not. You mentioned in an earlier post something that relates to this. In a recent meeting I had that included a couple of lawyers and some other interested parties they saw this as a fairly bizarre action mainly because the mailing shoves the "fact" that you "need" this insurance down your throat which seems to be a clear attempt to manipulate and defraud the public. Wondering if you have a comment on this.
