I'll field this one.  Most of the tracks are remixed versions that appeared on AFM - except Me and My Girl, Little Fat Cowboy, and Hellbound Train.  These are new recordings with the following band -

David on guitar and vocals, Will Sexton on bass (and vocals for LFC), Hunt Sales on drums, Bukka Allen on organ and keys, Mike Thompson on keys, bone, banjo, mandolin and guitar, and Darwin Smith on guitar.  Also - making an NFU cameo - Charlie Sexton on guitar and the Damnation Girls singing back-up on Hellbound Train.  This info is paraphrased from a post by DB a few months back as well as conversation at one of his shows -
