If I were elected...and I don't care to be, but what about a government initiated "solution?" to this insane problem of cars, by at least starting with a tax break for all those folks who:
1. Use public transport to get to and from work.
2. Live close enough to work place (in DC unfortunately this is NOT affordable for many). Those who CHOOSE to live close to work (walking, jogging, cycling distance ).
Well food for thought anyways..
