Condoleezza Rice (news - web sites) told a foreign policy forum in Chicago that the team led by chief U.S. weapons hunter David Kay "is finding proof that Iraq never disarmed and never complied with U.N. inspectors." In fact, she suggested, if the U.N. Security Council knew last winter what Kay's group has uncovered now, it never would have rejected the U.S. call for war. "Right up until the end, Saddam lied to the Security Council. And let there be no mistake, right up to the end, Saddam Hussein continued to harbor ambitions to threaten the world with weapons of mass destruction and to hide his illegal weapons activity," she told the Chicago Council on Foreign Relations.

Congressional Investigators, using a fake company "were able to buy off the internet excess Pentegon lab equipment and protective gear that terrorists could use to make chemical and biological weapons. Fellow shoppers on the internet also resold the items to buyers in the Phillipeans, Malaysia, Egypt and other countries, the General Accounting office said in a report"

"Public sales of these Department of Defense excess items increase the risk that terrorists could obtain and use them to produce and deliver biological agents within the United States"  - George Kutz , The GAO director for financial managment and assurance

So by Ms. Rice's assertion the Pentagon is also guilty under the weak and broad term of "harbor ambitions to threaten" just by having these things, let alone selling them on the internet, to a fake company !!

If I get angry at Dale because he disagrees, I guess I could legally invade Dale's home as well !!

Who knew it took so very little to invite an invasion force.
