Forgot to mention the release of "The Last Waltz" on dvd and a four cd recording containing a lot of previously unreleased material from that show both in May. Just watched "The Last Waltz" again this morning and it is an incredible film. The Band were an amazing group and seeing all those people come together to celebrate with them adds up to one hell of a show. Van Morrison all fired up during "Caravan", Neil Young totally coked up with Robbie Robertson looking somewhat concerned before launching into a passionate version of "Helpless", Muddy Waters doing "Mannish Boy", the Staple Singers joining the Band on "The Weight", the film is just full of great moments.
