Well . . .

Seeing as it was I who originally asked the question, I'll ANSWER your concerns, Antiboot.

In case you haven't noticed, on the FREE DISCS page of DBINFOSOURCE.COM, you can find TWO discs that were recorded live in concert performed by DB. One is from his David + David days, the other is a solo recording from 1990.

Mr. Bearwald is quite aware of the existence of these rare (for TRADE ONLY) recordings, and has not said one word, as they continue to be available on what is, for all intents and purposes, the "officially un-official" website for this remarkable artist.

Since most of us don't have access to private jets to blast us into a city where DB is playing, these in-audience recordings are the only way to become part of the live experience.

If DB comes to Buffalo, NY, I guarantee that I will be the first in line, and would further endeavor to meet the man and thank him for 16 years of TRUTH and great music.

But, DB has never played in my city, and thus, recordings that other people have made are the only way I get to hear him in concert.

Yes, we all are grateful that Mr. Baerwald graces us with his presence here, but, I bet he is more interested in reaching a bigger audience, and not what you alone percieve as a social faux paus, that is, someone recording a show.

In 1999, he released a set of 28 demos and home recordings, that he wanted to get into the hands of his true fans, just for being loyal to him for all these years. No other artists allow that close access, so if he does all that, why on earth would he mind if someone wanted to take the in-concert experience home with them, for later enjoyment?

Mr. Baerwald, you yourself can weigh in on this matter, if you would like to comment on what I am saying here.

Peace and Prayers,
