Dan,

Just finished reading the Rolling Stone Article you posted.  Afterwards, I took a quiet little respite to ponder the vicissitudes this, at one time, germinal website, has gone through and the many adventures through which it's delivered us.  As an early reader and contributor to the website (back in its original form) I'd like to thank both you and David for the wild ride.

I can vaguely recall how upon my first entering this site, David existed in a vacuum, neither here nor there outside of the boomtown to Triage timeframe.  It seemed at the time as though I was the only one who remembered his musical imprint and my search for this website (or any morsel of web info) was a search for validation of a man whose music I respected so very much.  This makes me curious to hear from other original participants and how their perspectives have been altered since their first interactions here.  Anyone game?  I'm sure it won't be difficult to surpass my eloquence on the subject (or lack thereof).

, Brent
