I upgraded my system to the latest version of Internet Explorer and I no longer have frames and on this web-site everything is always marked new, no matter what I do. The raw-material value is generally $20 to $40 per unit. Issues such as intellectual property, copyright infringement and fraud might fall by the wayside if software manufacturers and publishers started charging a fair price for their products.
