Mike Martt From the Low and Sweet Orchestra
had a track called "Drawing me in"on his website
at www.mikemartt.com I downloaded it simply out of curiosity and it has now become a regular on my everyday playlist an incredible voice and clever lyrics. "Where she'd gone and where she'd been I needed to know, what kinda man had done her wrong,I felt her drawing me in, standing in a line I felt a back hand thrown in anger, what kind of man had done her wrong I felt her drawing me in."
Check out his download samples.
I had first heard of him from David during a visit
at the Palindrome Recorder while assembling the art for "A Fine Mess" , I know David was considering doing some kind of work with them(Low and Sweet Orchestra), or a member of the band at that time. Apparently David had done a show with Martt, and Bill Bottrell a few years back. David, did anything ever come of that? I can only imagine
what any sessions might have produced?
